Yew House

Welcome to Yew House. Since the House system began 3 years ago Yews have been top of the House Competitions at the end of the school Year.

Whilst I know we have so many wonderful sportsmen and women who have helped us to be successful in both the swimming gala and sports day, we have always been the house that enters everything with the most entries as it’s the taking part that is just as important as the winning.

We have lots of characters and personalities, and being the Director of Yew House is certainly never ‘dull’. Last year we raised over £300 for the hospice at Heatherwood by taking part in a whole house sponsored silence and we will continue with our support of this very worthy cause. Mrs Mullett and I look forward to working closely with all students and parents throughout the year and that we continue our 'winning ways'.
