The School Council

The School Council consists of members from all of the houses and across all key stages. A democratic voting system takes place at tutor level to decide who will go forward to the house Council from the tutor group. This allows each house to have a team of 8 representing the views of their tutor groups. Two members from each house are chosen to go forward and populate the school council.

Comic Relief

Wow what a busy time February and March have been! Preparation for Comic Relief is getting there with the Welly Wanging competition being hotly tipped to be a money maker for the charity, along with civvies day and the fundraising we are looking to get towards the £1000 mark which would be a real triumph for the school.

The new School council team now has a bulletin and information board in the technology food tech area outside Miss Cooks office where you can catch upon the latest venture the council is currently involved in.

On Tuesday 15th March our Cameron Junor–Graham and Jessica Hartley have the opportunity to have an audience with the Headmaster and ask him questions which have come from the house councils of the school. Read the next school council bulletin to find out what was asked.

Another of our ventures is to visit Primary schools and encourage year 5 students to pick Easthampstead Park and show them that secondary school is not as scary as it is made out to be.

Here are photo of our team. Please stop us and ask questions around the school. We are always ready to discuss your views.
