PA to the Head of School and Leadership Support

KGA06 Points 9-13 – actual £24,171 to £27,391 per annum, including London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement (FTE – £28,069 – £31,773) – 2025 pay award pending

We are looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the Head of School who will also support and work closely with the Deputy Headteacher and the wider members of the Leadership Team.

This is a high-profile post which involves a variety of activities relating to the day-to-day running of the school.  Applicants will need to be highly efficient, able to take responsibility and enjoy exercising initiative. You will need to demonstrate the utmost integrity and have a positive, warm personality.

Previous experience of working in a busy administration/office environment is essential. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable.  We believe in setting the highest standards in all areas of school life and are looking for a dedicated and purposeful individual who wants to be part of and enhance our strong team.

Finance Support – Fixed Term Maternity Cover

Required from 3rd September 2025 for the duration of the Maternity Cover

The contract is for a maximum of one year or until the end of the maternity leave – whichever is sooner. 

KGA05-6 to 9 (starting on KGA05-6 incrementing each April) £16,456 actual salary including London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement (FTE £26,358 / £13.66 per hour).

27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, term time only.  We would be happy to discuss hours for the right candidate.

We are seeking to appoint an administrator to provide support within the Finance and Personnel Team.

 The successful candidate will assist with all administration associated with trips and visits, communicating with parents as required.  They will also be the first point of contact for students visiting the department and will assist with their queries.  General administration and finance support will be undertaken as directed.

 You will need to demonstrate the utmost integrity and have a positive, warm personality.

Inclusion Officer

KGA-05-6 – 9, £21,543 per annum (£13.66 per hour) inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement

36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.15pm (4pm on Fridays) including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Term time only.

The post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the inclusion room and ensuring it has a positive impact on our students. KGA-02-3, FTE £24,392 (£12.63 Per hour), Actual salary is £15,902 inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday entitlement. 

28 hrs 45 minutes per week, Monday to Friday, 8.50am – 3.10pm (including 35-minutes unpaid breaks), term-time only.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, hard-working, with energy, drive, and passion.  You will work under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCo to provide support to address the needs of individuals or small groups of students who may require specific help to overcome barriers to learning. This role may also suit a graduate who is looking at a future career in teaching.

The Learning Support Department plays an important role in the work of the school and you would join a friendly and supportive staff.
