Pay Grade BG I6 £11,604 per annum (hourly rate £10.72), inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement

25 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 1.00pm

To commence as soon as possible.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Attendance and Punctuality Officer. The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Leaders and WPA Educational Welfare Services to promote positive attendance and punctuality, including leading on first day calls. The successful candidate will be adept at forming positive relationships with parents, students and colleagues, have a sharp eye for detail and a high standard of both written and spoken English. As a big part of the role will be speaking to parents, the successful candidate will possess tact and diplomacy, but also be tenacious and resilient. The role will include responsibility for monitoring student attendance and punctuality, leading on the sanctions when students’ punctuality does not meet our expectations and providing support for pastoral and senior leaders when interventions need to be put in place.

Pastoral Support Assistant

BG I6 £15,085 per annum (hourly rate £10.72), inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement.  Monday to Friday, 32.5 hours per week, 8.30am – 3.30pm, including a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.  Term time only.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Pastoral Support Assistant. The successful applicant will be part of our Raising Standards team and will work closely with Senior Teachers and Heads of Year in supporting students and removing barriers to learning. The role is student facing, so an ability to form positive, motivating relationships with young people is essential. The role also involves regularly interacting with parents by both telephone and in person, and liaising with teachers about matters relating to students’ wellbeing and behaviour. The successful candidate will possess tact and diplomacy, but also be tenacious and resilient.

BG-1 6, £17,174 per annum (hourly rate £10.72), inclusive of London Weighting and Holiday Entitlement.  Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 8.00am – 4.15pm on Mondays and Fridays and 8.00am – 4.20pm Tuesday to Thursday includes a 30 minutes unpaid lunch break.  Term time only.

The library is a welcoming, relaxed and friendly environment for both students and staff.  It provides a wide range of materials that support, inform and enrich those at Easthampstead Park Community School.  Based in a central location within the school this is an area for study, browsing and leisure – engendering a love of books.  The library encourages students to learn independently, confidently and with enjoyment and is used for individual/group study, class use, homework club and also has a computer suite.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, hard-working, with energy, drive, passion and a good sense of humour.  The library plays an important role in the work of the school and you would join a friendly and supportive staff.

Learning Support Assistant

Pay Grade BG K2, £12359 per annum (£9.93 per hour), inclusive of London Fringe.

28 hrs 45 minutes per week, Monday – Friday 8.50am – 3.10pm (including a 35-minute unpaid break), term-time only.  Fixed Term Contract initially to 31 August 2023.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, hard-working, with energy, drive, and passion.  You will work under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCo to provide support to address the needs of individuals or small groups of students who may require specific help to overcome barriers to learning. This role may also suit a graduate who is looking at a future career in teaching.
