Medication in School
Please can we remind you that if you need to send your child in with any medication such as paracetamol, that you follow our Managing Medicines policy and procedures. The school will need to be informed if your child needs to take medication.
A Parental Agreement for the School to Administer Medicine form needs to be completed, indicating the medication to be taken and when, along with signed consent for a member of staff to administer the medication. The medication needs to be provided in the original packaging and the school will store it in a safe environment and administer it appropriately. The forms are available from the school Reception, the Welfare office or on the school website www.epschool.org under Parents, Medical Forms.
